HEALTHY WAYS TO HANDLE FRESHMEN 15
Starring Vivian Crisman, Nutritionist

You've heard of the infamous Freshmen 15 - characterized by sudden weight gain and unhealthy eating. Have no fear. Freshmen 15 is not inevitable and Vivian Crisman, Vaden nutritionist will show you why. She will share secrets on how to maintain your health, eat right, and stay energized, in spite of all-you-can-eat meal plans. Freshmen and upperclassmen are invited to attend.
