Who We Are:
Jump Trading is a privately funded company on the cutting edge of high-frequency trading, expanding the limits of what algorithmic trading means today. We pride
ourselves on being an industry leader that quietly sets the standard for sophisticated trading strategies. Our casual atmosphere and extremely flat structure encourage
the exploration of new ideas and strategies, no matter how new the employee.

Who We are Looking For:
We are looking for smart, motivated individuals with a background in programming and/or a quantitative analysis (statistics, data mining, mathematics, machine
learning). No prior knowledge of finance or trading is necessary.

Because the markets are all electronic, having a programming background will allow you to create new strategies and interact with the market in a very unique
way. Technological innovation is critical to the electronic trading world, and Jump is intensely focused on staying ahead of its competitors. Our ideal candidate
has a competitive fire, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong programming skills.

What You Will Do:
As a new trader at Jump, you will complete a training and rotational program focused on enhancing your knowledge of trading, programming, and statistics.
The training module consists of in-house courses and trading simulation developed and delivered by members of our trading community and core development
team. During the rotations, you will have the opportunity to work with different trading teams to find the group that best matches your skill set and interests.
You will have dedicated mentors and resources throughout the program to provide constant advice and feedback. In an effort to maximize your potential, many
of those same mentors will remain available to you throughout your career at Jump.

Meet Us:
Join some of our recently graduated Stanford alumni at the Faculty Club for sushi and hors d'oeuvres on Wednesday 10/6 at 7 P.M. to learn more about working at Jump Trading.

Apply through the Cardinal Careers Website by Sunday Oct 17th.
