[FREE-FOOD] French Movie nights 2012, Every other Wednesday at 7:30pm, starting on January 18th

Hi everyone,

We are looking forward to seeing you TONIGHT  at our 1st French Movie night of 2012. We will show "Potiche/Trophy wife", a famous and hilarious 2010 comedy! More info below. Open to all, so bring your friends!

Come to watch 4 famous and must see French comedies of all times! We have selected 4 of the most popular and best rated French comedies for you to watch in the Bechtel I-Center this quarter. This year, we will also provide
a pizza dinner along with popcorn, snacks and drinks. All are welcome, so bring your friends!

January 18th 2012: *Potiche/ Trophy wife*<>(2010). When her husband is taken hostage by his striking employees, a trophy wife takes the reins of the family business...directed by Francois Ozon, starring Catherine Deneuve and Gerard Depardieu.

February 1st, 2012: *8 Femmes/ 8 Women*
<>(2002). 8 Femmes is a 2002 French musical comedy murder-mystery film, directed by Fran?ois Ozon. In the 1950s, in a large country residence, a family and its servants are preparing for Christmas, when the master of the house is discovered dead in his bed, with a dagger stuck into his back. The murderer must be one of the
eight women in the house at the time, and in the course of the
investigations each has a tale to tell through song and secrets to hide. Hilarity ensues.

Feburary 15th, 2012: *Les Bronzes font du ski*
Eight tourists who met in a holiday camp on the Ivory Coast are reunited for a skiing holiday. A shot of French pop culture : "Les Bronz?s" is essential to your cultural literacy.

February 29, 2012: *Bienvenue chez les Chtis / Welcome to the
post office worker who dreams of warm weather is transferred to a small town in the frozen north of France, instead. Miserable at first, he eventually befriends the local villagers with lots of local colour.This film has become the most-seen (among the French themselves) film in the history of French film.
